Hi I’m Caitlin, and because I have such an amazing social life I’m babysitting on New Years Eve so I can have money to go snowboarding next week.

i should be passed out right now, but my hair is wet and smells like hot tub and i’m too afraid to take a shower and wake up my mom/brothers. good thing i have work in a few hours. hangover gods, please be gentle.
going bowling! last time i bowled i got a 59, this time my goal is to break 60.
also i’m going to DISNEYLAND in February and SPRING TRAINING in march! so excited! so basically my life now looks like this:
January: Sharkies games and snowboarding!
February: DISNEYLAND and my birthday!
March: SPRING TRAINING!!
April: BASEBALL SEASON :D :D

A little bit sick, but watching Bumgarner’s filthy domination and Huff/Posey going yard in game four makes things all better. Game five coming up right after this, a very merry Christmas Eve indeed.

I’ve got the aches again. I don’t know what they are, but I’ve been getting them since middle school. When I was younger I was convinced they were growing pains, but when I got older and stopped growing I decided that was probably not the case. So I call them ‘the aches’. Basically the aches are when nearly every single bone and joint in my body feels achy and...
I need to sleep. tomorrow I get to see my best friend from Utah for the first time in months and then i’m seeing Tangled with a wonderful guy and then i’m babysitting two little munchkins and then Sunday i’m road tripping with that wonderful guy to Monterey to see my favorite animals in the whole wide world: sea turtles!
sometimes when a boy i used to have the most major crush on sends me a text message I get a bit tingly inside. i just can’t help it!
also when new and exciting things happen in baseball, even during the off season, i get so happy. 105 days until opening day!
anyway, i get to see someone whose company i quiet enjoy tomorrow, i’m babysitting two lovely munchkins tomorrow night,...

i’m overjoyed with all that happened yesterday and i’ve finally finished the one thing that has been hanging over my head for weeks and prevented me from fully getting into the Christmas spirit. Road trip on Sunday and I just can’t wait :)

I promise to finish my essay tomorrow because right now I really just need to watch the Giants beat the Phillies in game 6 of the NLCS and advance to the World Series. Did I mention that they’re airing it with Kruk and Kuip doing the broadcasting? best thing in the whole entire world :)

I was going to finish my essay, but then I found this new Bruce Springsteen concert online and then…and then…and then…I’m sorrrrrryyy! working on it now, I promise.
asleep at 7pm, up by 3.30 am, ten more sections to read, expecting a call at 6.50am, and a final to take at 8am. I still haven’t really started my english essay. i’ve had too much goddamn studying because i actually take other classes and can’t spend all my time working on one fucking paper. if i make it through today and tomorrow it will be a christmas miracle.
